Beyond the Forgotten Sky Poem Beneath the ruins of a dying moon, I walked through corridors of dust and sorrow. The earth remembered every wound of mine, Yet no dawn promised another tomorrow. My feet still carried the ashes of roads, Paths where shadows whispered my name. I could not forget those silent miles, Nor extinguish regret’s eternal flame. Above the broken ribs of the sky, Your vanished world drifted far away. Perhaps you lived beyond the clouds, Where ghosts of forgotten angels pray. I searched through forests made of mist, Where hollow winds mourned endlessly. Every tree looked pale and lifeless, Like souls abandoned beside the sea. The stars had frozen into stone, No longer singing ancient hymns. The night became a grieving widow, Dressed in darkness at its hems. “Where are you now?” my spirit cried, Inside abandoned halls of time.
