Improvement of my eyesight

After one year struggle I succeeded to improve my eye sight .And hoped I  would cure my eye sight completely Isaid that good news to my wife..She didn't believe otherwise she said you might loss again your eye sight because you had crossed 40 years and always connected with laptop and mobile.everything has good and bad side. So experienced man advice not to cross limit when you feel everything is o.k. ,you are inlimit ,go on your activities.But when you feel everything is not o.k.,you are to cross limit .Stop your activities till whenever everything not become o.k.again.
