دل میں ان کہی طوفان چھپایا ہے۔

He calls no one, looks at none,

نہ کسی کو بلاتا ہے، نہ کسی کو دیکھتا ہے،

ہجوم میں رہ کر بھی بالکل تنہا ہے،

Old sorrow floats in the air,

پرانا درد ہوا میں گھلا ہوا ہے،

لوگ گزرتے ہیں، وقت آگے بڑھتا ہے،
