Do I search for you in crowded streets,
Among faces rushing by?
Or in the rhythm of my breathing
Where hidden answers lie?
Must I cross deserts of doubt,
And oceans made of fear?
Must I release what I once was
Before you appear?

Have I been chasing distant horizons
While you were making me whole?
