As if a jinn slipped out of a sealed silence.

You speak with the firmness of a boy,

Yet your presence burns with a feminine mystery.

You are not heaven—

Of that I am sure.

But you are not hell either,

And that is where my unrest begins.

You stand somewhere in between,

Like a jinn without a name,

Neither pure nor condemned,

Only… unexplained.

I listen, uncertain,

Wondering not who you are—

But why my mind

Demands a verdict from every voice.

🟩 نظم — اردو

نہ چاہتے ہوئے بھی

تم نے اپنی آواز آزاد کر دی،

جیسے بند خاموشی سے

اچانک کوئی جن نکل آیا ہو۔

بات کرتے ہو لڑکے کی طرح—

سیدھے، مضبوط، بے خوف،

مگر تمہاری موجودگی میں

جنّات جیسی پراسرار آگ ہے۔

تم جنت نہیں ہو،

اس میں کوئی شک نہیں،

مگر تم دوزخ بھی نہیں—

یہی میری بےچینی ہے۔

تم درمیان میں کہیں کھڑے ہو،

ایک بےنام جن کی طرح،

نہ پاک، نہ مجرم،

بس… ناقابلِ وضاحت۔

میں سنتا ہوں،

الجھن میں،

اور سوچتا ہوں—

کیا ہر آواز کو

فیصلے کی ضرورت ہوتی ہے؟
