This is my nest of dreams, where my heart learned to breathe.

هذا هو عُشُّ أحلامي، حيثُ تعلّم قلبي كيف يتنفس.

One day it may crumble, like sand slipping through grief.

قد ينهار يومًا ما، كالرمل الذي يتسرب من بين أصابع الألم.

Greed may shatter walls, and silence may become a storm.

قد يُحطّم الجشع الجدران، وتتحول الصمت إلى عاصفة.

My weakness used against me, like a weapon in familiar hands.

وتُستخدم ضعفي ضدي، كسلاحٍ في أيدي من أعرفهم.

Where do I place the ache, who will hear the ache I hold?

أين أضع هذا الوجع؟ من سيسمع وجعي المختبئ في صدري؟

Still from the ruins, I will rise, spine forged in fire.
