A silent tremor passes through, As if the world remembers you. Love comes again— Not to my heart, but to my mind, Like an old memory breathing softly, Gentle, patient, and unkind. My heart stays closed, Not out of hate, but learned pain. I sealed that door long ago, To protect my peace, to remain sane. The mind may welcome echoes of love, But the heart guards what it survived. العربية حينما تلمحني بنظرتك، أفقد توازني الذي عرفته يومًا، كأن رجفة صامتة تعبر داخلي، وكأن العالم تذكّرك فجأة. يعود الحب مرةً أخرى— لا إلى قلبي، بل إلى عقلي، كذكرى قديمة تتنفس بهدوء، لطيفة… لكنها موجعة. قلبي يبقى مغلقًا، لا كراهيةً بل ألمًا متعلَّمًا، أغلقت بابه منذ زمن، لأحمي سلامي، ولأبقى متماسكًا. العقل يستقبل صدى الحب، لكن القلب يحرس ما نجا منه.
