Soft silver echoes beneath the sky.

Your bangles spoke in a trembling rhyme,

Circles of sound, frozen in time.

Each step you took pulled me near,

Each movement dissolved my fear.

I longed to walk where your shadows stay,

Drawn by music I couldn’t betray.

But then you spoke—

And the night grew thin.

Your voice carried a question within.

Was it love, or a warning dressed?

Was it truth, or a dangerous test?

Your silence sang, your words deceived—

Between the two, I hesitated, grieved.

Now I stand where courage ends and doubt begins,

Asking the dark—

Who are you, beneath the skin?

যে শব্দ আমাকে ডাকল, যে কণ্ঠ আমাকে থামাল

তোমার পায়ের নূপুরে জন্ম নিল গান,

রাতের বুকে ঝরে পড়ল তার প্রাণ।

হাতের চুড়ির শব্দে বাঁধা পড়ল মন,

অদৃশ্য সুরে ভরে উঠল ক্ষণ।

প্রতিটি পায়ে এগোনো আমাকে টানল কাছে,

প্রতিটি ছায়া বলল—এসো, ভয় কিসে?

তোমার দিকে যেতে চেয়েছিলাম নির্ভয়ে,

সুরের আহ্বানে হারিয়ে যেতে চেয়েছিলাম নীরবে।

কিন্তু তুমি যখন কথা বললে হঠাৎ,

রাত থমকে গেল, কেঁপে উঠল প্রভাত।

সে কণ্ঠ কি ডাক, না কি সাবধানতা?

সে শব্দে ছিল কি সত্য, না কি প্রতারণা?

তোমার নীরবতা ছিল সুর,

তোমার কণ্ঠে ছিল ফাঁদ।

আমি দাঁড়িয়ে রইলাম প্রশ্নের ধারে—

তুমি কে, এই অন্ধকারের আড়ালে?

जो स्वर बुलाए, जो आवाज़ रोके

तेरी पायल से जन्मा एक गीत,

रात की छाती में गूँजता संगीत।

तेरी चूड़ियों ने जो लय रची,

मेरी चेतना वहीं ठहर गई।

हर क़दम तेरा मुझे खींच लाया,

हर साया मुझसे कुछ कह गया।

मैं चलना चाहता था तेरी ओर,

उस साज में डूब जाना चाहता था पूरी तरह।

लेकिन जब तू बोली अचानक,

अँधेरा ठिठक गया, हवा काँप गई।

वो आवाज़ थी या चेतावनी?

वो प्रेम था या कोई कहानी?

तेरी चुप्पी में आकर्षण था,

तेरी वाणी में संशय।

मैं रुक गया उस सीमा पर—

और पूछा अँधेरे से,

तू कौन है, सच में?

A soft sound suggests safety

A repeated melody creates emotional familiarity

ভূমিকা: যখন শব্দ আত্মার আগে হাঁটে

কিছু রাত আছে যেখানে নীরবতা ফাঁকা নয়।

সে শ্বাস নেয়।

সে শোনে।

সে নূপুর পরে হেঁটে আসে।

পায়ের নূপুর অনুমতি চায় না।

সে মনে ঢুকে পড়ে, স্মৃতি আর আকাঙ্ক্ষার চারপাশে ঘুরে বেড়ায়।

মুখ দেখার আগেই, নাম জানার আগেই, মন রাজি হয়ে যায়।

কিন্তু তারপর আসে কণ্ঠ।

আর মন থেমে যায়।

এটা শুধু প্রেমের গল্প নয়।

এটা এক আকর্ষণের ভূতের গল্প—

যেখানে ভূত মৃত নয়,

সে শুধু অজানা।
